How It Works:

1. Choose Your Production Timeline - Flexible/Whenever, Standard, or Rush (3 tiers)
2. Choose Your Size - Large (13") or Small (10.5")
3. Choose Your Frame Color - Black, Natural Bamboo, or White (Large Only)
4. Send Your Design or Inspiration - Upload artwork, logos, or inspo before purchase so I know exactly what you want
5. Approve Your Proof - You'll get a digital mockup that you'll need to confirm before production starts (up to 2 minor revisions included)
6. Sit Tight - I'll bring your vision to life, then ship it straight to your door (FREE OF CHARGE 🤗) or meet for local delivery (if applicable)

• Designed by yours truly (hand drawn), paid commissions, and/or licensed art
• Proprietary satin-blend fabric for vibrant, long-lasting color
• UV-resistant & fray-resistant so your functional art lasts longer
• Premium bamboo frame and durable metal rivet for strength and loud, satisfying clacks

1. Timeline includes design and production only - shipping time is additional and dependent on the method selected at checkout. 
2. Pricing adjusts based on your chosen timeline. 
3. I reserve the right to decline rush orders or refund to a lower tier if the requested timeline isn't possible.

Options:

• Flexible (Whenever):  Perfect if you're not in a hurry and happy to be surprised.  Scheduled around my current workload so I can fit you in at the best time for both of us
• Standard (6-8 weeks):  This is the sweet spot for most custom orders.  A comfortable timeline that allows for thoughtful design, proofing, and production without rush fees
• Rush - PRIORITY (4-5 weeks):  Need it sooner?  This timeline fast-tracks your order in my queue while still giving it full attention at each stage
• Rush - EXPRESS (3 weeks):  A faster turnaround for when your deadline is right around the corner
• Rush - VIP (2 weeks):  The quickest option available, reserved for "I need it yesterday" moments
• For PRIORITY, EXPRESS, and VIP Rush orders (By approval only and subject to schedule availability):  After purchase, you must confirm via text with your order number and design details the same day.  The number will be in your confirmation email that is sent automatically after purchase.  Orders without same-day confirmation may be canceled or downgraded to a slower tier
  

Design & Revision Policy:

1. Custom pricing includes up to 2 minor revisions (such as small color tweaks, font changes, or resizing)
2. Major changes (full redesigns, new artwork, or significant layout changes at any point after the initial design request) will incur additional design fees starting at $60 (so be ultra clear with what you want in your original design request 😉)
3. Complex artwork requests, detailed illustrations, or designs requiring extra mockups will also be quoted separately.  All design fees are non-refundable once work has begun.
